Crepes!

We've been living here for almost a year now, and today we finally used our crepe pan! We were inspired by Agi, who made delicious crepes during our visit last week (see side note below for more details on the trip).

Agi made crepe-making look easy, but it's definitely not as easy as it looks! As you can see from the difference between the two photos, it was a steep learning curve...but by crepe 5 or 6, I finally figured it out. We filled our crepes with ham and cheese (Swiss for Jas and Mozzarella for me). Yum!!

Side note #1: Jason and I took a 10 day trip. Our first stop was Chicago to spend time with newlyweds Jackie and Jake. Then it was on to DC, where we stayed with Robin and Joe and spent time with (not-so) newlyweds Dorie and Jacob. Our next stop was Austin, to show Jason my old stomping ground, and also spend time with Sarah and Omri (your house rocks!), Katie, Adam, Jessica and Margo. Our final stop was San Antonio to spend some quality time with Agi, Roger, Zofia, Maggie and KK--what a treat!
